 ``Analytic Local Monomialization''.   
 
Abstract: We prove local monomialization theorems for regular analytic 
morphisms of
complex and real analytic varieties. This give a generalization of earlier 
theorems of the
speaker of this type for dominant morphisms of algebraic varieties, over a 
field of
characteristic zero. In the analytic case, the notion of an e\'toile over a 
complex
analytic space, defined by Hironaka, replaces the notion of a valuation of an 
algebraic
function field.
